Not bad! Is your engine stock 2.0L?

Everyone should realize that I started this thread in '06, setups and tuning now days are making more power on pump gas alone than pump/meth back then. I remember when 24psi pushing it on pump gas and my tuner has me at 29psi on 91 and could probably go more.

Also I get full boost at 4300-4400@30psi. Faster spool because of the twin scroll.

Older style was single scroll externally gated, newer kits are twin scroll internally gated.

i dont wanna say i would assume because nothing good comes from saying that word. what makes the internal gate and twin scroll better. sorry if this sounds like a noob or stupid question.

Twin scroll make the turbo boost faster at lower rpm. My ATP GT3076Rstock location internal wastegate get full boost at 4400rpm @ 30psi on 93 pump.

I've posted this before-

I dyno with 2.0L and GT3076R on 93. Here is a comparison for you.

Supporting Mods:
Stock 2.0L with head studs
Cosworth M2
1050FIC
Walbro 255HP
AMS FMIC
2.5 IC pipes
AEM EMS 1 -> I tuned it
Full 3inch exhaust
Shearer Header with GT3076R .63 v- band exhaust housing
20-22 psi

I didn't dyno the car when I had it on Q16 but on slicks it ran 10.9 @ 122 about 30psi on a poor tune.

I have one on my talon and with it ported and with the 4 inch s cover I made 446/381 on a cyclone intake, hks 264/272s on 27 lbs on pump on a first addition mustang dyno. I know its not an evo but its really a great turbo. Plans next are to change from a .63 ar to a .82 ar and new kelford 272s, magnus v5 and then pump and e85.

i know it says gt3076 but i have a gtx3076

evo 9
stock bottom 2.0
gsc s2 with springs and retainers
walbro 255 and ID 1000cc

mpfab.com t3 twinscroll mani
gtx3076 , t3/ts 1.06 ar 3" vband out

because of the stock bottom the afr around 3.5-4.5k rpm had to be enriched because of the torque this turbo was producing.

i hit 503whp and 425tq at 25psi on dyno jet. also the tuner was surprised on how it pulls on top (being a twiscroll) we did one pull to 9k rpm to see if breaths on top, and it keeps pulling. Thanks to Walker Morgan's mani from mpfab.com, and Atp housing

getting a 2.4 with 10.5 wiesco hd and manly tt I beams built. keeping the same turbo. will post #s
