Excessive GAS Consumption...
Isn't kinda too much to run out a full tank of gas in less than 3-4 days?!?!?!
I didnt drive like a maniac either... I drove around town and that was it... I also noticed that my car has a check engine light, went over to autozone to pull up the codes and they told me it was code p0134... something concerning with the bank 1 o2 sensor... could that be the problem to my gas guzzlin evo??
Well, I'm getting the sensor fixed by mitsubishi at no charge. I just hope that should remedy my issue.

Verify that the wires aren't burned and there is a good connection. If there are no issues there, the sensor may be toast.

no the car isnt modded.. well all i have is just a intake adapter that hooks up with the stock intake hose... but no down pipe exhaust... and that stuff...
oh yes i also have a hks turbo timer in the car too.

I just want the check engine light off... My gas mileage to go back up and my car to run right again what do i do thanks?
1 YEAR LATER...
my car have this code back up again...
is there a way i can just put that o2 cheat in my o2 housing? i already ordered a new sensor, but wanted to see if i added in that anti-fouler/cheat in the o2 housing see if that would work out.
let me know thanks.

No...... the purpose of the O2 sensor is to let the ECU know what A/F it's running. 'Closed loop' operation means the ecu checks the A/F ratio using the O2 sensor, and then makes adjustments to try to hit the ideal A/F (14.7 at light loads). 'Open loop' means it ignores the O2 sensor and makes no adjustments.
The fuel map for 'Open loop' operation is excessively rich to protect the motor from detonation.
So from the sounds of it, the O2 sensor is jacked, the ecu is running in open loop all the time, and burning lots of gas.
