Installed LICP, checked for leaks, no power gain?

Anyway, ladies and gents, I think I may have solved my problem. I cranked up the HKS EBC's boost response a tad bit higher and voila, I'm happy again...
I also bought some turbonetics T-Bolt clamps and will install them at the turbo outlet...
