There is not much you can do to the turbo itself to improve spool. However, if the manifold or downpipe had a design change to get better flow in and out of the turbo, that can improve spool. Otherwise the only way to improve spool is to increase displacement

Or you could ad an antilag unit . So the Buschur unit should offer quicker spoolup then a tubular manifold setup?

You can also change turbine housings to a different A/R to make it spool faster, changing the A/R on the compressor side will also help spool up. Then there is the matter of boost controllers, they play a huge role in how fast the turbo spools along with the spring pressure used in the wastegate.

What is the WG pressure on your GT35R Kit? Can we get one set to say 21PSI? How well would it run on a Hallman MBC?

The spring pressure varies, normally we ship them with 1 bar springs in them. I don't know if Tial makes a 21 psi spring, if so then yes. The halman would work fine.
