Turn your MBC down. Your boosting too high. That is too high to run on pump gas. The Dynoflash removed your fuel/boost cut and now, for some reason, you are at 28 psi. IMO, you should not boost above 22-23 psi on pump gas. Save your engine. It is not worth it to run that high boost.

I forgot to mention I have a alcohol kit installed. but the 25psi that I was running was all stock.

You forgot to mention....jeez, come on.

25psi "all stock" is very dangerous and I've never heard of it on any other Evo. You're lucky it didn't melt a piston.
