Fuel Pump Options?

Is the Walbro 255lph fuel pump the only option for the Evo? I loved my Nippo 190 that I had in my DSM, it was so quiet you never heard it. I swapped my TBE to something quiet and I don't want to listen to the whine of a walbro instead.

Thanks.

Don't mess around - just get the Walbro. Unlike my buddies here, though, mine is a screamer most of the time.

mine seems to whine only when its hella hot ...and its been in the 90-100's. Just get the walbro its affordable you could get the denso but thats hella expensive. I think i am going to take some advice from WR and tell him to do some better research.

Well besides going to a bigger fuel system, i don't know if there is anything else besides the Walbro that's just a drop in (i'm sure there is tho)... Personally i would stick with what's been proven that works...

As for the whine, i noticed mine only did it when i was around half a tank or lower. I never noticed it when the tank was full.
