Standard Internal Upgrades??

Ive seen the standard size forged internals offered by Buschar and AMS, anybody running them on here? What do they think of the kits?
Im contemplating buying one for my IX GT (the IX only have two piston rings compared to 3 on the VIII) and was just wondering what they thought?
Are the rings file to fit, any oil consumption issues?
Any feed back would be very appreciated
