Which turbosmart MBC do you have??? Do you have the tee version???

 

Umm it's a black box with a silver knob.

 

That is different then the one I have. I am going to try 2 things. I spoke to someone from pruven and he told me to run a single line directly from the turbo nipple to the wastegate and try to replicate what was going on when the MBC was attached. If it does happen then it's a wastegate issue. If it doesnt spike the way it did then it's the MBC and I will replace it immediately. I will put up a post with the results

 

Just picked up a Hallman Pro MBC. I will be installing tomorrow morning. Hope that does the trick

 

Just installed the Hallman Pro MBC. It did the trick. It's holds like a champ.
