it's an English unit measurement of pressure

psi = pounds per square inch

14.7 psi = 1 atmosphere = 101,325 pascals

Boost gauges can also measure in bar (1 bar = 100000 pascals = 100 kilopascals) and kilopascals (kpa, 1 pascal = 1 Newton per square meter.

True, but for the general viewers, I don't think they are able to read between the lines that running small injectors like 550/560s up to 400 whp is on RACE gas ONLY and that if you want to be able to run 400 whp on a daily basis on pump gas, you will need to go with larger injectors WHICH contrary to popular "myth" do NOT have a problem with idle

I have read several threads of DSMers with 16g turbos, which are stock on the EVO, maxing out there 550cc injectors, which are stock on the EVO, and needed to upgrade beyond 550cc's to be able to run more boost on pump gas.

We'll be doing the fuel pump install here shortly and if it works out well it will only be about $125 for the whole pump and install kit.

Martin
Maybe I missed it, but what is the stock FP rated at? Which FP are you going to upgrade it to??? Walboro 255??? High or low??

112 MPH trap speed is awesome. What was your 60' time?

Edit: Nevermind. Thread is so long I forgot that I already saw it in the original post 1.84.

Time to sign off.
