So now that this turned into somthing i really didnt want. Delete it. All i did was give a simple unbiased write up as to how my install experience went. There is no flame in fact. I apologize if FR/Geoff thought so. But certainly was not intended. When my car is finished, i will be able to give anyone ideas as to what you need ahead of time to save yourself alot of work. The quality is second to none. Thats why i bought it. Several of you have PM's me for those ideas. Take a deep breath, get the parts, and i know you will be happy. If you get impatient, your done for. Get the proper help. In a PM, Geoff has bent over backwards to help. I know he will do the same for anyone who needs it. Customer service/attention to detail i have a feeling, has just doubled. And it was pretty good to begin with......Ray

If you aren't happy, take it off and work something out with them. After spending that kind of $$, it had damn better be perfect.

Honnestly, the quality is first rate. Its the small things that keep adding up and ruining the experience..........

From what I have seen most turbo kits are a royal pain in the *** to get to fit correctly

Looks like some adjustment is in order. I read your story, then looked at the pics, and I was expecting horific fitment... when really, if you moved things around it would all work out fine.

sorry to hear man!
you should have done a little research before.
Similar thing happened to me with the koyo radiator so I ended up selling my FR manifold and buying a shearer motorsports one.
With the shearer manifold, everything fits up so nice! and there is room to spare.
Only thing was the downpipe was cutting it close to the ac compressor.

I recently bought an RNR mani from a member here. I sent the turbo out to Matt @ SLICKMOTORS. He did a wonderful job fabricating what I needed. Custom Downpipe, lines, upper radiator hose. I put the kit on myself. The only tight spot was where I had the dump tube routed back to the downpipe. GREAT JOB! Anyone who is thinking about putting a kit together like I did should look him up.

A turbo kit, by definition, is an assortment of parts that are meant to go together with some work, as each setup is different. Did you tell them about your Koyo radiator? From pics of their kits and experience running their stock turbo manifold, the inherent design of a long runner manifold does not physically allow for as much space as a stock cast manifold. The burden was on you to give them as many details as possible before ordering in order to ensure proper fitment.

Something like this is NOT like putting together Barbie's Dream Home. Everything has to be thought of well in advance. Full Race makes top quality product, as long as you give them all the information they need to build something that fits your application. If I were you, I would have the car towed to someone that knows what they are doing.
