It has been observed that the stock clutch will give out somewhere around 350-360 whp on a dyno-dynamics dyno - i.e. it can't hold the torque even from a roll. So 400 whp as seen on a dynojet is very, very close to the limit. Ye pays yer money and takes yer chances.

400whp car with the stock turbo will murder a 400whp car on a big turbo in 1/4 mile. Atleast it will in respect to ET.

 

He won't get any power if he pipes the intake like that.
