I know that you can run about 22lbs of boost safely on 91 octane with the stock turbo, but what I want to know is how much boost you can safely run with a big turbo like a gt35r? Is 22lbs on a big turbo like that way different because of the big increase in cfms?

 

Yes,

On a gt 35R I know many evo owners are running 33 lbs. with the right setup. A 35r is meant to breath at 30-35 lbs.

I have AMS 50 trim and that kit is around 22lbs and its awesome, just wish I had a stroker
