Which MBC? Disassemble, clean, remount... this is in response to the original poster. I don't know what you mean by "surging" without more description.

YOu might have an installation issue, WEVO. Put on the stock BOV and test. Did you already do that? You said you followed my steps, but you didn't specify. Are you saying this problem occurs with your stock BOV, too? If so, then remove the EBC and go back to the stock boost system (requires the stock OEM boost lines) to see if the EBC is causing problems.

Yes I did, I'm using the JDM stock bov now. I'll remove the EBC next to locate the problem. I'm jsut wondering if my turbo is damaged or something? Is there that possibility?

Do I need new plugs or something? Everything was working fine until recently!

I have around 11000miles with HKS RS intake, TBE, 255 fuel pump, boost control, GFB bov and AMS custom flash.
Sounds like you need to oil your BOV or you may need to back the tension off a little.

define the studder more.

I had a similar problem. Took off MBC and found the smallest metal sliver where the ball seats. Cleaned, remounted, problem gone

I wouldnt think that you would have any turbo damage with the amount of miles tha tyou have. You may have to work on the gate pressure and sensitivity settings on your boost controller. Warrtlon, what is the possibilty that these cars may be pulling timing?

Exactly - cleaning my MBC rectified much but it came right back. The ball's beat to hell. *Shrugs* I'll take care of it, but I assume others have the exact same issue.

They may be pulling timing, but these symptoms are not an indication of timing being pulled.
