Now that's a great looking dyno graph. What's especially impressive is the fuel used. Great tuning on top of a great turbo gives great results. Congratulations on a top notch job all the way around.

Well correct me if I'm wrong, but I think my clients car @ 667 whp is still the record. We have replaced the clutch and the brakes twice and I think we are on our 3 set of tires. The car is now has roughly 30k miles on it and still runs like a champ. So this is almost 3 years later and still no need for a engine hoist

Thanks Tom. This sheet is with a 6% "factory" filter setting. It looks like a smooth set of breasts at a filter value of 60% as BR has used as his standard for his sheets.

Yes, the rod bolts were swapped out for ARP's during the turbo kit installation.

hey guys. i need some info. im currently in the 550 hp range on the stock block. the car has high miles on it. im wondering if it is wise to do rob bolts or not. the car has nearly 70k on it.

my main question is what is normally the 1st to go on a high hp stock block evo8. if its the rod bolts then what is the next weakest point and so on.

Your car? About as long as stock. Horse power does not brake engines, torque breaks engines. You could have 1000 HP and 376 pounds of torque and be fine, maybe not your tranny but the block is fine. You can get up to 450 Foot Pounds to the wheels and be fine.
