Well I am going back to my stock BOV and I just put it back on and went for a ride and I mean you can barley hear the thing at all....I remember before I put the HKS on you could hear it somewhat because I put the intake on but now you cant hear it at all. Any idea what could be hooked up wrong or any ideas ???

 

It shouldn't be loud. You can't hear it at all with the stock intake, but it is somewhat audible with an intake. I don't normally worry about my car NOT making loud noises. Is it working normally in terms of holding boost then releasing boost when shifting?

 

Yeah it seems like its holding boost but i mean like I said I put on the AEM intake with it before and I was able to hear to quite well now I cant hear it barley at all....

 

Maybe your just used to the HKS.

Like Warrtalon mentioned, as long as it is holding boost and working normally, you should be ok.

Not being able to hear your BOV anymore does not exactly qualify for ASAP status.

Does it have a flutter? Make sure you didnt put it in backwards. But if it's holding boost and working fine i woudlnt worry about it.
