How Long Has Your Exedy Twin Plate Lasted?
Mine has lasted 9 months....about 30 or so digs. Still feels brand new, the track doesnt open until april here so ive only a few months of track time with it. Test n tune is every wed. Other than that my car doesnt come out that much. The clutch has about 4500 miles on it.
Exedy cerametallic twin over 22k miles, daily driver (traffic jams suck, but it's not bad for anything else)
Rarely go to the track, maybe 10 or 12 passes in 2 years.
Love the clutch, but wish I had paid more for a twin carbon.

i've been hearing though that the carbons tend to slip if you don't warm them up.
mine lasted under 10k miles the plates started chipping apart...excedy did nothing..it was a matallic to matallic clutch went to the track had about 10 passes...only drive the car on the weekends so...i'd never buy an excedy product ever again i'd pay the money and get the tilton...just my 2 cents

I have had mine for 25,000 miles, installed by pruven. I have been to the track 11 times. Each time I at least run 3-4 times. Countless street runs. Daily driven. I have dealt with rush hour traffic on the goerge washington bridge, and manhattan. Traffic is ruff, but you get used to it.
