Hey guys, I can't for the life of me fix this oil leak I have. It's where the return line oil flange meets the oil pan. I've used differnt flanges, added a gasket, used RTV sealer, nothing seems to work. It's not pouring out but if i leave my car sit for about 2-3 hours, I have a small puddle under the car. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm running out of ideas other then having someone weld the flange directly to the oil pan.

I would drain the oil and inspect the flange (turbo side) to be warped, could prevent it from sealing. on my dsm I got a warped flange and it did the same exact thing, but keep an eye on it, more oil could be coming out under load
