If my TC is going bad... would it make a whining noise at idle if I rev the car?

I'm not sure if my TC is going bad but I get this whining noise thats very loud if i haven't driven the car much and eventually the noise kinda dies down.

But at idle, if i revd the car, i get the same whining noise.

any ideas?

If its the TC it would whine with the MPH not RPM's

 

It sounds like your turbo is whining.........its definetely not your T-case.
