No boost leak = car is still slow ?
Have you ever told us EXACTLY how you have the manual boost controller hooked in?
A softer or stiffer spring will not improve the "low power" that you say you are experiencing. All a softer spring (9psi, stock) will fix is driveability issues if you are having them. Like surging, stuttering, etc.

Well my dad came over and he found a leak , a HUGE leak last night when i tested it it didnt seem to have i leak however i was wrong, there is a very loud hissing sound coming from the throttle body . I cant even get the car to hold 10 psi but when i was driving it it was hitting 20 psi , imagine how hard my turbo was working to maintain 20psi man im an idiot . Ok so now i know that i have this huge boost leak i assume thats my issue right there . The exact location of the leak is on the spring where the thottle cable connects , it also sound like its leaking from the backside of the throttle body. How do i fix it ? what do i need ? thanks for all your help fellas
