i on 280's with stocks studs. no issue. replace only if your gonna be boosting big numbers.... like mentioned before, 50trim and 28+psi

how much is it to do it the right way. you know pull the head and what not. and what head gasket is recommended to use or should you stick with stock????????????

2.2(32psi) bar boost on 20g, 2.3 block with composite gasket. Stock studs. If it aint broke dont fix it.

Facing same question as I move to GSC S2 cams. Helpful input. Will wait to replace head studs until I take off head at some point, then do it right vice 1x1. Thanks all.

why bring this back. Headstuds plus install is such a waste of money. It is 2011 now and people are still recommending it for insurance when such a problem never occurs.
