If it's hot and humid out, stay home.

I guess it does kinda suck to be in FL (at least in this respect).
I might be driving down to South Beach for Memorial Day weekend. Maybe I'll try the Evo out at a drag strip in FL. Not trying to be left down there with no clutch though, hehe.

The nearest track to South Beach is Moroso in West Palm Beach.

A turbo car will probably be even more suseptable to the weather, especially if the intercooler is on the small side.

Just installed the Ultimate Racing 3" turbo back exhaust. Car seems to pull a little harder. Suprisingly, the car isn't real loud. I thought a 3" system would make the car as loud as a DSM, but it's still on the quiet side. I think this car needs to go back on the dyno for tuning, as the SAFC maps I have aren't tuned for the 3".
Need more power.

I don't really know. I really need to get a boost gauge installed in this thing. just don't know where to put it as i'm not really keen on gauges. the car definitely pulls much better. i imagine the factory boost solenoid will control the boost levels...it might be a bit more.

Some people are reporting a 1-2 psi raise in boost and others say the boost stays the same. I guess I'll find out in a week anyways.
My boost went up 1psi in the lower gears, and almost 2psi in 4th and 5th. I had to turn my boost controller down.
The car does seem to rev up a lot quicker than stock. The stock downpipe is so ugly in design. So many kinks in it.
