Stock IX Boost Question

I've recently installed a Defi Racer Blue boost gauge, and I'm thinking something might be wrong with the gauge or the car. From what I've read here, the stock boost should be 20.3 psi. My car usually maxes out at 19. That is from giving a 100% throttle from 2500 rpm and up in 4th gear. I can make it spike to 20 psi if I pre-rev, and do a rolling launch. Is this normal?

Yeah, on my stock IX boost went to about 18-19 and tapered to 15-16.

Factory states boost curve as 20.3 tapering down to 16.

Boost PSI is always a relative number. There are many variables such as weather, altitude, pressure drop through your boost gauge vacuum line, and how well Defi calibrated the gauge. Don't bang your head over 1 PSI...
