2 very wierd probelms

well i dont pass the 3000 rpm i am realy jentel with it, and the problem started beffor the exhuts mods , i have TBE, cosmut made turbo outlef one piece with the downpipe.... and tubular exhust manifold, but as i said the problem started beffor that.
