Hi ,


The car is running with normal and few parts whichs EF4 , 274 cams , HKS IC and piping , fuel pump , QM clucth and exhaust , 1100cc Id .. Nothing much .. The car tuned by TOM made 540whp on c16 on 30-31psi on MAF . The car was running HKS IC but the IC went kboom . I changed to VR IC now , i put the old c16 map but the car is running lean 12.8 , 13.2 afr i did 2 pulls ... Then i turned the car off and put the pump gas map then the car is not woring any more . After 2 days i restart the car and it runs but the car was super lean at the idle over 18 afr . Then i put the Omni 4 par sensor and AEM IAT and talked to TOM he sent me SD map and i start up the car and the car runs . But there is some weird act you guys can see/hear it in the VID


There is a weird sound like cutting fuel or miss firing on the idle ..

 

Do u guys think thats bad Fuel injectors ?

 

I would check the plugs. Something is not right with coils or injectors.

 

Just changed new plugs , sent the ID injectors to Bosch and they tested it and clean it and there was no problem at all . Still the problem is there ... How do i know if the o2 sensor is dead or work ? From evoscan but how to know

 

1. Don't rev your car like that when you have an issue like this.
2. Listen to what people are saying. One of your cylinders aren't firing.

 

Will check the coils today .

checked the coils and every thing and did compression test and all good the problem is there still

 

Where all the plugs ok? At least one of them should have signs of misfire.

I checked the new plugs as i changed it 2 days ago and started uo the car twice , all plugs are black .. The car is running extremely rich 10.8-11.2 on idle

 

Your o2 sensor is dead. That is why the car is running rich in closed loop.
Your misfire issue is related to ignition coils/plugs. Try a different set of coils to eliminate the problem.

I had a friend who's car would constantly misfire in high rpm, and he was convinced it wasn't his coils and that they were practically new, until he tried a different set off another car and it resolved his issue.
