Help with o2 sensor on cat delete!!
I just installed a brand new A-spec ver.2 cat delete on my IX, and they made this pipe to accomidate the o2 sensor on the cat.......so i got it all hooked all up but come to find out with the o2 sensor and the cel fix combined its hits the driveline!!
so i tweaked with it to figure out which way to put it. And the only other way it goes is with the o2 sensor pointing slightly down at and angle....its not totally vertical, its closer to lying flat than vertical but still pointing at an angle and i dont feel comfortable with it....Wut should i do?? im affraiif i hit a speed bumb or something a little to fast its gonna rip it right off

1) 180 degrees with 02 sensor facing down
2) 180 degrees with 02 sensor facing up(I think this is the way you have it now)
3) Reverse direction of test pipe and have the 02 sensor facing down
4) Reverse direction of test pipe and have 02 sensor facing up.
It all depends on where the manufacturer installed/positioned the o2 sensor bung. It should take you no more than a few seconds to figure out if it would fit r not. Undo the test pipe and just position the test pipe in the 4 positions I mentioned. If you still have the o2 sensor touching the driveline then you are out of luck and you need to get a different pipe with a different o2 sensor bung location.
