evo IX clutch chatter at idle

evo IX clutch chatter at idle

at idle especially with the a/c on i can hear my clutch chattering a little bit from outside the car. the car only has 850 miles on it so im just wondering.

Push the clutch in and see if it goes away. If so, I'd bet it's your throwout bearing. My ACT kit does this.

the clutch on the evo is light it might chatter a little because of that. MY 350z used to do that. i don't think there is anything wrong with ur car. if it is to anoying for u just go to the dealer and see what they will recomend u do, they will look at it under waranty so u will not have to pay anything.

it does go away when i push in the clutch is this normal

It's normal. Many (most?) of the cars do that, even when new, and it doesn't seem to be a problem.

It's even louder when you turn on the A/C.
