Im sure it would help if you posted up a picture of what was leaking soo someone could walk you through fixing your fuel leak .

For those people that don't really help at all -
I understand thats what the post was meant to be. However its clear your over your head on some of the diagnosis and installs. The posters advising you to bring it to a garage are giving you a great tip.

I give you props for trying to repair it yourself and being patient...but you should really take it to a shop.

You're def over your head on this one.
You will eventually end up damaging your car or yourself.

is initial D in bensonhurst????i remember visiting my family there and then i seen car shop with a full initial d corrolla and a few wrx's....if it is the shop i will have to stop by there becasue i didnt know they work on evo's.....btw is anybody from that area....everytime i go there i feel my car is cheap becasue of all the benz and bmw parked everywhere.

The stock fuel pressure regulator doesn't work like an aftermarket one as far as I know. Try to get a stock replacement.
