Buschur Racing 50 trim turbo kit......
Well, this certainly isn't a flame, just call it a different way to think about the situation. Your mind is probably made up already, but if not you may consider a different strategy. Here is why: anybody that has the resources (mainly money) to actually have cams produced can easily have somebody elses cam profiled. For that matter, any engine builder that is beyond what I can the "plastigage stage" can throw a dial indicator up there and slap on a degree wheel and come up with a pretty darn close mapping (if you have the lift at every degree of rotation, you pretty much "have" the cam). So I have just never understood the concept that many tuners (especially in the domestic world) subscribe to where they say "Sure, we'll sell you the cam, but we won't tell you what it is."
The second point is that if you are "on the record" before anybody else and declare what your specs are, then it is obvious and can be proven who is the innovator and who is the counterfeiter.

News update.
Last turbo that was on this particular car was a DSM Red from FP. I was not very happy with the outcome of the dyno results. The car made 405 whp on pump/alky. This was up from the ET 50 trim. This increase in power from the 2nd turbo came from a cam swap. These are the cams I was speaking of, 57 whp change.
So, Shaun and I spoke, he decided that he wanted to try the LT.
Put the turbo on the car re-dyno'd this week. The LT made less power than the FP Red. Maximum HP was 375 but torque was up to 405 ft lbs. In the low end of the graph the LT made 160 additional FT LBS over the Red. But at 5600 rpm the Red just took off from the Green and by 7000 rpm was making over 30 more whp.
Here are some things about this particular build.
The car is a 2.3 liter engine. The cams are big.
The Green didn't have enough wind to supply the car with the air/boost it needed. The power/torque down low was great but up top, even with the HD actuator the boost fell from 29 psi to 22-23 psi at 7,000.
The DSM FP Red turbo held a perfectly flat boost line of 29 psi.
The DSM FP Red turbo has had great results on DSM's for years. It worked well on here too.
Latest scoop. Shaun has decided if he is going to have to loose some low end torque by running a larger turbo then he is going to go larger and get it over with. We are putting a GT3065 on the car next
I do have the complete FP Red turbo kit from this build off the car and ready to sell. The turbo worked very good on straight up gas too and the internal gate controlled the boost perfectly.
PM me for details on the red turbo kit.

The cams release is going to go like this. We tested some cams. Here is the best cam we thought was made ______. Here is the new cam we have_____ see how much better it is? I am calling it the "Buschur says it works cam." NO specs will come with it, it will be a plain unmarked box. Anyone that doesn't want it can buy the "I don't care run whatever you want cam."
Seriously, that's how it is going to go
Let the flaming begin.
I will post some dyno sheets to show how good they are but other than that no specs, no name, no nothing. Tired of competing with myself, I say it works other jump on it, they cut my throat and take the credit.
I have cams in stock now that are kick ***, period. They are $550 for the set.
Cam post is coming soon.....

For 500 bucks it is going to be pretty hard to flame you dave if the cam works as well as your saying it does.
Though as a point of reference I'd like to know before stepping through the veil of the mystery cams how aggressive these guys really are. I'm guessing with a 50+hp gain they have to be pretty aggressive which makes me seriously hesitant to even try them on a very mildly modded daily driver like my own.
And before you complain about me needing a AEM to run them remember I live in the land of "it better look stock or you get a ticket" of which the fine is easily in the cost of one of the AEM units bare. Not all of us get to experience the full potential of the cars we can drive thanks to strictly enforced government (censored)'s......

i cant imagine what kind of lift and duration these new cams have that is making them supierior to all others. cant wait

done?
Is that 50trim kit complete yet for 2795? and do you have numbers yet? also the kit you currently have, fan adds a few couple hundred, do you have numbers on that ? I'm trying to follow all these threads and can't find that information.
The turbo kit using the DSM "Red" model turbo on the car for testing was thought to have been sold but the buyer did not pay so the kit is still available. $2000 takes the kit.
