over boosting with ported manifold

so i just installed my buschur ported manifold and now in cold weather i cant adjust my peak boost below 21psi, i have a forge wga and a greddy profec ebc(old one). i can adjust it to hit about 15 at 4000rpm but by 6000 im already at 21 and hit fuel cut or whatver cut... before the manifold i could hit 19 with no movement at all but have to constanty adjust due to temp. any help, and why does my boost taper up???

You might try loosening the turnbuckle on your Forge WGA's threaded rod...about 2 full 360* turns....that is, lengthening the rod, thus lowering the WG preload setpoint. Another possibility might be that you need to port(enlarge) the turbine housing's WG bypass port, especially if you're still running a 9.8 HS.
