Just Installed New Manifold...
[QUOTE=killakilla911;3809933]1blackevo:
I personally think you should go with another manifold. These are known to crack wether or not you beat on the car or not. The metal they use is very very weak and cant stand high temps. There are plenty of manifolds that look pretty that you really have not to be worried every sec of your life if its cracked or not but to each its own. As far as the tune, you will not require one unless you want to see a some sort of gain.
He didnt even buy the thing, he got it as a gift.
And to think, how many people in here have actually had no problems with the manifold. Remember, more peolple post bad things that had happend to them then they do good....
Enjoi the headers.......

I have had the ssac header on my car for 2 years. It does not leak, has not cracked, and looks alright. Although very soon I will be switching over to a beautiful fully ported, Swaintech coated stock manifold from here:

Although I will be putting my header up for sale as I will no longer need it. The most important thing is to install one or the other. Most tubular headers cannot hold everything up. You will get more gains from an ebay style O2 housing than the tubular header.

I didnt say he bought it and its a fact about the manifold not an opinion. The metal that are used in those manifolds are weak. I make custom manifolds for all types of cars and I compared the metals that I use and megan uses and they are weak.
You make custom manifolds? PM me and I might have something you can work on for me...
FYI.....this mani loss power compaired to your stocker on a dyno. Espeacially right where your powerband is....down low.
It's comments like this that makes these forums useless. People come in and post question's about their own cars and you get people who don't agree or like their plans and they post crap comments. Hey Scorke instead of saying something stupid that makes absolutely no sense why don't you just post what you know, -NOTHING-..
