i get it with the tune i have now every few weeks when driving very easy in like traffic.i spoke to a few guys and they said its probably my aftermarket blowoffvalve. i had the egr problem once too. fixed it by putting the vaccum line back on. but i still get it every now and then. they say the stock bov releases pressure with the lightest let off the gas. the after market ones dont. just passing it on. if im wrong please correct me.
Search there are so many threads about this but here
reach behind the throttle body. There will be a nipple back there feel for it. Reach down a little farther and there will be a vacum line there. Plug it in the nipple , zip tie it and your good to go. You can't see it so its all done by feel.

If you do a search on P0401, you will find more than a few threads already about this subject. There are pictures of the EGR valve and a description of it's location to help you out.
Also in the future, any CEL codes you get...if you do a search, you will most likely find many threads already started about that particular code and how to fix them...

ok guys thanks i found the vacum tube that pop off so i put it back in and zip tied it down........ my car looks like a driffter now some many zip ties i should buy some stock in it hahahahha.
one thing does that EGR can it release boost pressure at all, or boost has nothing to do with the EGR? because i have my car setup right now with the new evc and i think that the vacum line fell off before we tune the evc.

Perhaps you can use these to find the problem
Basically the EGR vavle is a metal valve with 2 nipples and looks like a small DV. Located below and behind TB.
There's a 3 way solenoid that controls it so it so it closes under boost. If the vacume line that pulls on the diaghram is off the valve wont open and you'll get "insufficient EGR flow"
