4th gear @ 7094 rpm = 93.83% IDC (at 23.61psi)
4th gear @ 7500 rpm = 94.28% IDC (at 23.99psi)

I am still on my OEM Injectors and I'm holding 22-23 psi. And from what my tuner said I am just barely maxing them out. Pretty crazy.

Ithink Imight go with the buschur 780cc injectors based on what you guys are saying. Are buschur injectors good or what. I know they drive and build fast cars but I dont know anything about their injectors

I'm sorta in your boat - kinda confused . I don't see my injectors get maxed out. I wonder if I should be concerned...
I have Greddy 660s (Densos). Running 93+alky, and the largest IDC I have seen in my logs is 80% at 7K at 26psi; A/F at 11.2.
MAF freq was 2100Hz. This is the only logged event I have that relates to air flow.

Do you guys that max out these "smaller" injectors have any porting work done to increase total flow ???

this car is on a fairly conservative tune.... not as lean as i run most of them.... 350whp on our dyno on pump at 22.5psi.....lots of torque....

injectors are going in shortly... faust has been kind enough to let us experiment a little with the setups on his car.

Bryan: Do you have IDC data for the 720Žs from your 26 PSI dynorun? Did that totally max them out?

Just wanted to post my numbers. My car was a little sensitive, so Bryan had to be careful with the timing @ peak torque. The S1 cams set at -1/-2 result in slightly slower spool-up but the car rips up top. Most hp for a Green on 91 that they've had there so far

91 OCTANE:

BOOST AND AFR:

100 OCTANE (added 10 gallons of 100 to almost 1/4 tank of 91):

BOOST AND AFR...What taper? (gotta love the GM solenoid):

The car absolutely rips. 1st gear is ridiculous

Did you do a pull @ 0/0? Curious how much your powerband shifted with those settings and how much, if anything, you had to give up for that power up top.

That is a nice torque curve. No doubt about it...

Didn't have a chance to mess with cam gear settings. We may be able to help spool-up if I can make my car less sensitive to knock. I am presently working on some solutions

Good numbers for 91 OCT. Congrats on your setup!

I have very similar setup on a IX. We will see how 93 OCT and MIVEC respond on a Dyno. I should have the S1s installed soon! Check my signature!

Nice numbers, congratulations. IŽll be up in L.A. starting on the 20th. IŽll give you a call, cause I want a ride in that thing.

Are you still using the XEDE to tune it? YouŽll have to get it up over 22# to really see a marked difference with that turbo. I got an extra 14 WHP(according to DataLogLab) by increasing boost just one pound(from 22# to 23#) and installing fresh plugs and cleaning the airfilter.

To get rid of some initial knock(about 4*)at WOT we pulled out .5* of timing at 3000-5000 RPM and an additional 1* from 5000 RPM to redline. Also, to help out upon throttle tip-in IŽm running -2/-3 cam timing as per TedB.

Setup this way I get Absolutely zero knock from WOT till redline at 23 PSI on 91 octane, with a safe 10.8 AFR at redline. Congrats on your Mustang Dyno numbers .

Thanks. I just realized that my AFR's are only around 11.2 on 100 octane. I think there is some room left

No, I switched over to ECUflash because I wanted the GM solenoid controlling boost. Well, considering these numbers are only @ 21 pounds I can't imagine 22 or 23

Something is banging somewhere, because when Bryan was shifting gears on the dyno I would get 1-2 counts of knock. Like I said, I am addressing that issue(s) presently as I have some ideas what it could be like:

Downpipe hitting oil pan
Exhaust tapping rear swaybar
Stiffer engine mount transferring vibration
