Angry broken evo!!!!

just got done breaking my evo. I was racing a jixer 1000 and went to stop at the redlight and my clutch was hard as a rock. I have a tre stage 2 tranny and a spec stage 3+ clutch and flywheel with right under 5000 miles on them, and this is the second time this has happened on this setup. The first time a ring inside of the throwout bearing broke and the tranny had to be pulled. I assume it will have to be pulled again. Niether time I was beating up on it. The firts time I bearly launched it after my 500 mile break in and it broke. This time I didnt even launch it I rolled in on it in first and ripped through the gears until fourth.

Is it bad labor bad parts or what?any suggestions, or comments are welcome.

yea I lost the race, insult to injury.

are using it as a daily driver on a stage 3 clutch that may be the issue cause thats a really harsh clutch for everyday driving i would say a full faced ACT might be better

its my daily driver. I had an exedy stage 1 befor and it lasted less than a year. I thought the heavier duty clutch would last longer, but I could be wrong.

1stf, I just visited Amarillo last week for work and I will say the 1st thing you want to do when you get to Amarillo is get the HE** out.

2nd, you are lucky it was just your transmission and not your engine. much cheaper to fix the tranny.

3rd, quit racing motorcycles
