I'm really surprised you're going to try and weld it yourself instead of getting a free replacement under warranty.

Am i going to loose horsepower as some of these people are saying if i put my stockers back on? This is the first time going back to the track with a race gas and my new tune and im wanting to run a really good time with my new clutch....... i am going to send it back im just confused ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I think all you have to do is email Megan Racing with pictures showing the crack and they will send you out a new one and just tell you to trash that one. That's what they are doing with my testpipe since I got one of the not 3'' ones and I finally looked and they are just sending me a new true 3'' one. But maybe because no one would ever buy a 2.5'' test pipe.

Here's a thread made by PPi with their contact info:

They do core swaps, you can get a new manifold from them first, then they'll charge a core fee until your stock manifold gets to them at which point they'll return the core charge.

Their stuff looks amazing.

I would def. use a stock manifold and have it ported! The hassle of replacing that manifold every time it cracks is just a pain and waste of time.

I can get it ported for you very quickly and will give you a great deal.
