If you driving an Evo 8 then get the Evo IX BOV. It's a really good upgrade compare to the stock 8 bov. It doesn't cost that much and hold boost really well.
I'll say about $65. It worth every damn penny.
I'm running 25psi spike and hold at 24psi.
If you running more than that then get a APS dual vent bov.

does anyone know how much boost the aps can hold up 2 if being recirc. 100%?

+1 for APS. Just got mine last fri. and I can't be happier. Get this and a K&N or Apex-i cone filter and you'll hear a loud whoosh sound. And when your boost gets up around 20 lbs it will blow off, but it won't sound like a squeaky chew toy.
