Veery nice! Can't wait to see it. By the looks of things, the 9.97 will definitely fall by quite a bit.

Answers to the questions:

The cold air intake we do offer. It will only work with a car that does not have ACD, HID's or an intercooler sprayer. So fairly limited.

I/C pipe and battery kit are our standard parts, available anytime.

The header is a Full Race. I bought it to use for a project that fell through. I posted it here on EVOm for sale cheap atleast 3 times, nobody wanted it. Rather than let it sit I had it coated and mocked it up and built the rest of the kit. The car is still using a 2.5" 02 housing just like we use on our cast manifold kits.

The car is a standard bore 2 liter engine.

I don't think the runners are longer than Shearer's or AMS, they are all about the same. These are just layed out differently. I would have used our standard header kit on the car but as I said, this one we could not sell no matter how many times we posted it or how cheap it was priced. It was a nice part so I put it on the car.

The car as not gained 100 whp. Let me explain. When the car made 542 that is all it would make because it was out of fuel pump. I then designed the double pumper fuel system and that fixed the problem with the fueling. I could then raise the boost and tuned the car again, at about 38 psi the car made 590 whp.

Then I added the header and new turbine housing. The boost was run up to a peak of 40 psi. The increase in boost will account for about 20 whp of the 53 whp gain. I feel the largest gain was in the turbine housing being larger.

240, I will answer your question, when you remove my quotes from your signature.

Looking good Dave.

Our group is having another Norwalk track rental in September. If you haven't broke your time/mph by then, come on out again and set a new best time like you did last year with us.

The canister right behind the downpipe is our standard bullet muffler. We install the muffler there on our systems for the JDM EVO9 rear bumper. Right now the rear "muffler" section is off the car as we had to build a jig for it. There are pictures here on the forums of the car from the rear. So a search for Buschur EVO9 rear fascia or something like that.

David, I like this new setup. Can't wait see what kind of times you hit. Goodbye 9.97

The bullet muffler replacement is really really clean.
