built 2.0 or 2.3

i am interested in building my motor but am not sure to stay 2.0 or go 2.3. I plan on going with a 50trim. Should i build a high revving 2.0 or go with the 2.3 stroker thanks.

ive asked this a million times...

i would go for a 2.0L..most of the faster evos have a 2.0L..me personally am trying for a 2.1L destroked..

2.0L will put down numbers and rev very high

2.0's rev much higher but i've read that ams is building a 2.3 stroker that is going to rev 10k???? speak to ams. either a 2.0 "witch they run in there drag car" or a 2.3 they are the ****. ams power.

how high does a built 2.0 rev to 8k? also what do you need to do to the valvetrain to handle this?

AMS sells the 23RR for $7500....its a stroker but revs like a 2.0L...im pretty sure for $7500 its fully assembled etc and ready for drop in

Neither...Get a Slowboy 2.5L! I think they are going to run just under 5G's.

Well if your going the 50 trim route from what I have read you usually lose a bit a whp and gain 30-40 in tq. I'm still a strong believer in the 2.0 high rev.

There are some high reving 2.3s out there if you do some research. They're not 10k like the AMS RR, but 8000+ and I'm not sure why you would want much more than that with a 50 trim.

Yup you can rev it easily up to 8k but with valvetrain.....
My 2.0L is being built as we speak...

what kind of numbers are they making with the 2.5L. How is reliability and what does it rev too.
