Im running an MR DV and ive never had any surging problems unless in 5th gear at low boost, but today the car would just flutter/surge in any gear when driving normally. The only way the DV would release was if I hit full boost and sucked enough air in. It just surges where it never did before and I didnt touch it at all. May be something needs to be lubed?

 

bump now it flutters no matter what. sounds like the bov is backwards, but it isnt.

well thanks for the help guys... i troubleshooted and figured the mr dv was broken somehow. i hear a rattling and the plastic dv worked...
