John JestR by far! I've had a reliable and very strong car for months now. No CEL, no problem and last update he gave me has improved my car tremendously! I got new mods coming and no one but him will tune me! I'm very happy with him and not only that, he's a great person to joke and talk with! By far one of the greatest and down to Earth guys I've ever gotten the chance to know!

I made the mistake of letting a tuner(dont want to bash, but he is involved in the poll) tune my first IX and he did a rediculous job. When scott from TTP pulled up the maps he sorta just chuckled and ask himself out loud,"what was he doing?". That night(I didnt even get to his shop until 1030ish) he spent the better part of the night and some of the morning( I left around 1am) tuning my car and putting everything he had into it. Since then, no one else touched my first IX or my second IX. TTP FTMFW!!!!!!
TTP is an outstanding customer service based tuning shop. I've dealt with Al and Scott directly as well as been emailed flashes from Jestr to look at because of issues. Customer service is very important and a reliable and desired end product is the ultimate goal. Simply off of customer service, Al goes straight to the can.... and reliable products IMO put jestr out, simply because of the amount of PM's i've received asking me to look at maps and see if i can figure out why they are knocking so much lol.

put my vote in for TTP.
I've had 2 evo's now and the first was done by Big Al... problem many of you know is that you can get some mega attitude from Al in his ways of talking down to you about your parts and what not.. Does good work, yet attitude is alot to me.
TTP has done my IX and in process now of remote custom tuning. Its a little longer process but gets results usually the same day. I can only vote between those 2, and of course TTP wins my vote. Good response and no attitude.. thanks scott...

TTP has responded in the shortest time for e-flashes. Responded in less than an hour after my purchase. I voted for them!

been flashed by a few of tuners on the forum..but when i met up with scott from ttp to get the zt2 installed and his street tuned. Imo i think he'll be the only person that i do any tuning with.
Well I bit the bullet and purchased a flash tonight for my IX.
Not more than 2 hours later, I had an email with "Eflash TTP" as the subject and quickly ran out to my car to upload the flash and to take for a spin.
All I can say is WOW. Great customer service, super quick response times and I'm impressed overall with the flash.
I'll update this in a few days after I datalog and send them back for review.
