I just had a Cucso twin plate installed and adjusted mine last night. I am confused though, because the clutch adjustment seems a bit different than others I have done.

Typically you adjust the clutch so you have 1-2" of free play BEFORE feeling any pressure on the clutch pedal, and thats how you know its adjusted properly. With the evo, when you adjust it up and down, you never end up with much of any free play, which makes me wonder why am I adjusting it??

If I am only adjusting to get an engagement point that I like AND ensuring the clutch is engaging/disengaging all the way, fine. but I was trying to get some free play and wasnt able to change that, only the position of the pedal.

Anyone else shed some light on this??

You are adjusting the engagement/disengagement point when messing with the pedal adjustment. The hydraulic clutch system takes care of the rest.
