well honestly if its as bad as you describe maybe you wanna have someone check it out... I had this issue once after a dealer installed a clutch and it slung some bolts out of the pressure plate..... it was half seated.. Anyway if it is just some nasty on the flywheel and or pressure plate it could go away any time.... The question i have is have you followed the breakin procedure... If not it will probally never go away...

as far as i was told the "breakin procedure" was just to dont launch the car...and drive it nicely and regular for about 3-500 miles...am i missing something?

no thats fine just as long as you follow that it should go away unless of course some of those bolts came out lol.... It would be making some reaaaaally nasty noise...

IF there would be a bad install clutch would take a **** long time ago, I think, which fluid did you use ? go back to the shop and put the car on the lift and inspect it.

I believe that its normal after aftermarket clutch+lightened flywheel install. I just installed ACT hd+prolite flywheel and have the same issues especially on 1st and reverse but ive been told that its normal chatter. After 1500 miles still there. You got me worried that its something else. Hmmm....

i beleive he used redline fluid for the tranny and the oem mitsu one for the t case...the shop is 1 hour away dont ask me why i took it all the way out there but anyway i've driven about 90 miles total and its still doing it...seems like its gotten worse as times gone by.

If you think something went wrong, do not drive the car, go to local shop and put it on the lift and inspect it, see if everything is tight.

You dont have to drain the fluid from t-case to change the clutch.

Check your motor mounts. The load at the initial engagement of the clutch/flywheel is HUGE and if one of your mounts is loose/blown it wont take the load and instead translates into exactly what you're feeling. A little bit of shudder is normal and tends to go away when the disk is ncie and warm.

yeah im going to take it to RRE tommorow and have them inspect it...its 80 bucks for a diagnostics but w/e better than thousands for breaking something in the drivetrain...we'll see

Are you using a act with a street disc or puck disc? There should be no chatter with a street disc. Sounds like its something else other then the clutch.
