i cant imagine the sound with the motor mount bolts missing. that would totally suk.

I recently got my ACT HD installed as well about a week or so ago. Had the ACT and gruppe-s flywheel installed. When I got the car the clutch would keep grabbing even after I disengaged it. I thought the engagement was set too low. 3 days of regular stop and go driving made the clutch engagement a bit smoother. I still got a few hundred more miles to break it in completely.

 

I have a Act Hd 6 puck. It makes the same noise to. But it is not as loud anymore but still does it. And it been about 1500 miles since i installed mine.

 

I just got my act installed at srt motorsports and it does the same thing. I took the car back to them and they said they tighten'd everything and they dont know why the car is still doing it. I was wondering if rre fixed the thud noise?

just had act street clutch and new flywheel installed about 75 miles ago...when i first picked it up it was making that thumping noise while shifting into second and kinda into third...also sounded liek it was coming from the rear of the car. the more miles i put on it the better its getting. also i had all the work done from the mitsu dealership.
