Yes, you need everything else if you are coming from a stock setup. You could also get an eBay 50 trim like me

a 50 trim is most likely going to be t3 flanged which means you will need a t3 flanged turbo manifold. you will also need a new licp, couplers, clamps, oil lines, water lines, a new oil return, misc AN and npt fittings, new intake pipe and air filter. you will also probable need an external waste, sump tube, and an o2 housing/downpipe

new garrett bushing 50 trims cost $600 and bb 50 trims cost about $1100

Where is a good place to get a garret turbo? Directly from them?

The most power Ive seen from a 50trim has been 508whp by a member here. Most guys on meth put down around 480whp or so. They make very good pump gas numbers, however, track times are a bit lacking with the big power 50 trims.

I agree, I never found a 50 trim in the low 11s/high 10s but most with 485-500whp on pump-meth, approx 124-126 mph trap speeds. Why is this . . .idk but my assumption is that most people who can drive well-really good don't have 50trims
