No, 6s are not the coldest, they are hotter. 8s are the next step colder, and I do recommend them if you run race gas and high boost most of the time.

Razorlab, I didn't start running alky until right before I moved, so I don't have much data for comparison. My plugs would foul out rather quickly even before the alky when I would only use 7s. Sometimes, I'd have to keep 8s and 7s, because I'd use race gas and high boost at the track, and the 7s didn't always work. I had to change from 7s to 8s at the track one time. Luckily, I came prepared.

Is there anything wrong with running NGK BPR8ES's with only 23-25lbs of boost as maybe an extra insurance??

10:1 you have a boost leak....do that before you go swapping plugs and everything else.

Always do a boost leak first then go from there, its cheap and easy to do and is always overlooked

well got the new plugs in heres what i got ,it still dose it but only when i grab 2nd gear, the first 2 pulls i did went perfect 11.2 afr's, held boost perfect, everything went great, after that the afr's droped to 10.0-10.2 and it started doing the miss thing, i did not notice any black smoke when i was doing the pulls.
im going to get a compression tester going to try that out
one thing i did notice is at idle the wideban is reading around 15.0, befor i put these plugs in the wideband would be barried at 17+
do you think im running out of injectors?

Running out of injector at idle??? Barried? Come on, man - common sense. The word is "buried," and you don't run out of injector at idle. You're supposed to hover around 14.7 AFRs at idle and low throttle.

A compression test is a good idea, but that's not the same as a boost leak test. You need to do a boost leak test to find leaks. No, you won't see boost leaks in your boost gauge, and no, you aren't holding 28psi to redline either.

and yes i am holding that boost, its spiking 30-31 droping to like 28-27 wish i could get a vid for you , i have no reason to lie thats jus stupid
if you have something helpfull to say thats great!!! i trust your word as much as i trust buschurs, but if you are going to criticize keep it to your self (not tryint to be rude)
going to do the compression test now be back in 10
