NEED HELP!! Tial Wastegate Connection

I have a Greddy Boost controller, I recently took out the turbo to do some changes, but I dont remember which connection to put the hose that goes from the boost controller. There are 2 nipples on the waste gate(one on top and one on the side) Which one controls the boost?
