Impossible! Cam gear(s) don't make power! The dyno must have been broken.

Err, anyway I hope you can get those charts up because I'd like to take a peek. Looks like you picked up some solid power.

Miguel, . The numbers are where they should be.

Now I am going to do to you, like you did to me many times before, only I got solid evidence of it: The CFT Dyno reads 4% to 5% less than DynoJet. Not 15% or 18% percent less.
That is why I went all the way to Miami as TTP puts it, to confirm this.

I made 420 whp at CFT Mustang Dyno and made 442 at FyneTune DynoJet, .
I can post the graphs of both if you would like.

At any rate, Dynos don't mean crap to some, so don't worry about it, .

Even at 5%, my car is still making 360whp+ on pump gas on a dyno jet and im very happy with that

Great numbers, now take it to track and keep us posted with the results. Data like this is what we need to be able to get a better sense of which cams are better for the IX's.

Suerte con el proyecto mano, tiralo ahora en la pista para tener otro angulo para apreciar los resultados!!!

The numbers are good, especially in 100* weather, although it's likely that there is a built-in correction factor calculated by the weather station.

Anyway, you know the CFT dyno doesn't read 15% lower, so don't try that again. Just be happy with your numbers as they are and go prove it at the track. You wouldn't want to trap less than 115 and then have to start making excuses. Go out and trap 118-119 like you claim the other cars did with the same numbers. That would be very impressive.

Thanks. Even at less than 10% difference, this car still is making 20-30hp more on a dynojet and its impressive for pump gas. These Cosworth cams DO make power and im glad i got these over the GSC ones..
Im waiting to order a clutch next week and ill be hitting the track. Keep in mind that FL is EXTREMELY hot right now so we'll see what happens

I know it's hot, but heat affects dyno numbers, too, so it doesn't matter. What you put to the wheels on the dyno is affected the same as what you put to the wheels at the track.

It's good the Cossie's makes power for you, but it's not really a reason to be glad you didn't get S1s. They could have made the same or more - ya never know.
