I used a 90 degree coupler on the intercooler connected to a 4.5" pipe, connected to the coupler on the turbo. Mine was slightly off line, but using the 4.5 inch pipe allowed everything to work great.

Would be cool to see before and after dynos on an Evo (not DET) at the same boost pressure.

Did you guys go with tightly spaced turbulators since flow restriction with lots of tubes is relatively lower?

yes, that combined with an improved endtank design for 2008
