You have got to be the biggest idiot in the forums for the month of August.

I just wanted you to know that you are making an *** of yourself and have been mocked by every knowledgeable poster in this thread. You have proven to have no experience in the subject yet you spew your diarhea from the mouth.

Please do the forum a favor and stop posting as I feel dumber each time I see a post of yours.

Thanks

The bickering is why I, along with almost everyone else, is reading this thread.

I have an Evo IX Mivec complete block and head for sale BTW >__>

YES.....and maybe not yet

one of my friends, Third, had pointed out to me that it may be my timing belt...heat stress, defect, etc. .....but then again, my motor only has 18k miles on it.

either this may be the main problem or this is what may have happened after the big bang:

how and why.....anyone?

im now beginning to think that it may be more of a mechanical failure rather than a chemical imbalance....because im sure that the stock block can handle up to 500hp. im right under 400 ...........so????

also that mangled rod bolt i was talking about, this is one of them...i have yet to find some other pieces:

then again, i have yet to rip the motor out....

Hmmm... N/M this response. Regardless how they were installed, the belt shouldn't do that.

Maybe something got caught between the belt and gears. Did you check the gears for damage?

yeah and no damage to the gears....but here's the thing. you know how when you try to spin the cam gear by itself, you'll have to put some umph to turn it? well, the intake side ......spins freely...it literally takes no effort to turn it at all....

something fishy going on underneath that head...i gotta rip it out asap to really see what other problems might've ocurred....

I agree... get it off ASAP.

Have you at least removed the valve cover?
