Boost leak or crappy install?

i had a friend whose line popped off from the FPR. Didnt have any problems. But i smell what you are cooking

whats the temp out there? its around 85-95 here and im tuned for 25lbs, but sometimes only pull 21 or 22 because of the weather...

Here is another thing i noticed. When i pull from 3k in 2nd or 3rd. It will bounce back and forth between 15 and 17 psi. I am keeping my foot steady on the pedal. Is this an indication of a problem?

i tapped off the bov line that goes to the intake mani...thats the safest way to tap it.... then run the boost lines into the fender/ through the grommet into the cabin.....
