normal boost?

is a Wideband gonna be Helpful when raising boost ??
I am on the Same Root .. i just left my Boost at 1.4 BAR = 20 psi .. because its too humid nd hot these days, also have a mail in flash from AMS, and Frank@AMS told me i should be seeing 21-22 PSI = 1.5 BAR with their tune, but my friends with evos also advicing me not to raise it to 1.5 BAR.
This is on 91 oct btw.
